This session will focus on your role within a team.

How is your leadership skills and your communication skills?

This exercise, as well as your partners, will put you to the test and challenge you to be the best that you can be.

Let's recognize any gaps we might have and develop a plan to overcome these and strive for success.

Participants will develop:

~communication skills,

~teamwork and listening skills,

~choice-making and goal-setting skills,

At FEHR's Equine Assisted Learning Centre the program drives objectives to outcomes.

How? By including horses in specially designed experiential learning exercises, equine-assisted specialists are able to observe non-verbal communication of the horses and be a translator as well as a guide to encourage the learner to attain the outcome of each exercise. This hands-on approach to learning has been researched and has proven to greatly multiply the participants' retention and understanding of skills learned.
